Studio Sounds is excited to present Taifū, a custom Massive preset bank inspired by the sounds of Pierre Bourne & Playboi Carti.

The name “Taifū” comes from the Japanese word for “typhoon” and is a follow-up to one of our most popular releases this year, Nami. The goal with “Taifū” was to leave no rock unturned and dive even deeper into the retro/nostalgic sound Pierre Bourne is known for. While Nami featured a lot of custom sound sources, Taifu is built completely from scratch using the powerhouse synth Massive. Using Massive for this project allowed us to explore a lot more of the softer and lush sound Pierre Bourne is known for, while also being able to utilize the power of Massive to create a perfect blend of carefree and powerful modern synths. All sounds are organized by type for easy navigation and workflow.

Each preset also features custom macro controls, allowing the user to take control and easily change or shape any preset to their own personal taste or track needs. A custom royalty-free Pierre Bourne MIDI kit is also included with your purchase.
